Condo Bridge Management ("Condo Bridge", "we", "us") provides condominium and strata management services in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at https://condobridge.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the provincial privacy legislation of Alberta and British Columbia.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this website:
- Quote requests: your email address, the number of units in your building, and the building address.
- Contact messages: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
Like most websites, our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send you a management quote, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that protect the forms you submit. These contain no marketing or tracking identifiers.
If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your choice. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Embedded content
Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data about your interaction as if you had visited its website directly. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Resident and vendor portals
The resident portal (app.condobridge.com) and vendor portal (vendor.condobridge.com) are separate systems used to deliver our management services. Information you provide there is handled under the agreements governing those services; this policy covers the public website only.
Who we share your data with
Your information is accessible only to Condo Bridge staff who need it to respond to you, and to the service providers that host our website and infrastructure. We may also disclose information where required by law. We never share your information for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep quote requests and contact messages for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your inquiry, and afterwards only as long as reasonable business or legal record-keeping requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time. To make a request, reach out through our contact page and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
