Bylaw enforcement and compliance

We administer your bylaws consistently and document every step, and we keep your corporation compliant with the legislation that governs it, the Condominium Property Act in Alberta and the Strata Property Act in British Columbia. Our managers are licensed and meet all regulatory requirements.

Capital projects

For major repairs and improvements we manage the project end to end: scoping, competitive bids, scheduling, site coordination, and progress reporting, so the work is done right and on time.
